Who we are
Relay Agents ("we", "us") provides AI powered reception and booking systems for service businesses. We are based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@relayagents.io.
What we collect
When you contact us or complete a form we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, business name and anything you write in your message. When you become a client, we also collect the business information needed to build your agents, such as services, prices and frequently asked questions.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls you request.
- To build, train and operate your AI agents if you become a client.
- To send service updates about your account.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you, and client data under our contract with you. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Trusted processors that run our systems, including our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel) and communications providers used to deliver SMS, email and WhatsApp messages. Each processes data under their own safeguards and our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and for 6 years afterwards where required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@relayagents.io and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses only the technical storage needed for it to function. We do not run third party tracking cookies.
