The service
Relay Agents builds and operates AI powered reception, messaging and booking systems ("the Service") for your business, as described in your order or proposal.
Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance on a rolling basis. One-off setup fees are billed at order. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Message and call delivery costs charged by carriers are passed through at cost where stated in your plan.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information for agent training and keep it up to date.
- Hold the rights to any numbers, inboxes and accounts you ask us to connect.
- Use the Service lawfully, including consent and opt-out rules for messaging.
Our responsibilities
We build, train, monitor and maintain your agents with reasonable skill and care, and hand conversations to a human wherever the agent is out of its depth. AI generated replies can occasionally be imperfect; we tune continuously and correct promptly when notified.
Cancellation
You can cancel any rolling plan with notice before your next billing date. Setup fees are non refundable once build work has begun.
Liability
Our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages of third party platforms outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
